By purchasing from Profileworks, you agree that the products and services are digital design resources and do not include physical moulding, tooling, fabrication, engineering certification, code review, or installation.
Drawing accuracy and verification
We make reasonable efforts to prepare files accurately from the information provided. The purchaser is responsible for independently reviewing all dimensions, geometry, tolerances, materials, machine limitations, tooling requirements, safety requirements, and project specifications before estimating, ordering tooling, or beginning fabrication.
Custom orders
Custom work is based on the references and dimensions supplied by the customer. Missing, conflicting, or revised information can affect price and delivery timing. Work outside the original request may require an additional charge.
Digital-file license
Purchased files are licensed for project and internal business use as described in the CAD Drawing License & Usage page. Files may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, or included in a competing digital product library.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Profileworks is not responsible for fabrication losses, tooling costs, material costs, project delays, or other consequential losses arising from use of a drawing that was not independently verified before production.
