DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Profileworks sells digital CAD drawings and custom digital drawing services. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

Completed CAD profile files are delivered electronically. After payment is successfully processed, customers will receive an email containing a secure download link. Delivery emails may take several minutes to arrive. Customers should also check their spam or junk folder.

Custom profile drawings are delivered electronically after the requested work is completed. The delivery timeframe will be the timeframe displayed on the product page or otherwise confirmed with the customer.
